We will always advise you to contact the merchant with any questions regarding their deal certificates or terms and conditions that they may have put on the deal certificate.
The terms and conditions for each deal certificate are clearly listed before you purchase on each deal certificate. If you have additional questions about a particular deal certificate, please contact the merchant for further clarification.
No. The specific expiration date will be listed on the deal or coupon, and disclosed to you before you acquire it.
Once payment has gone through, you will receive an email with a link to sign in and print your deal certificate. The deal certificate has use instructions and a map right on it!
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that “deal certificates” can be gifted unless that deals restrictions/terms specifically states otherwise, gift away!
